23 pages, from Art Lapsa, released Aug 16, 2026.
Description
Olivia is a 25-year-old woman who lives quietly in a forest-side soup shop with her dog. She possesses the rare ability to hear the thoughts of both people and animals, a gift that caused her family to reject her when she was young. Her peaceful but lonely life changes when Arthur, a 28-year-old former mercenary exhausted by his past, arrives seeking shelter from the rain. As Arthur and Olivia gradually become closer, the soup shop becomes a place where wounded people, animals, and travelers can find comfort. This is a gentle, heartwarming adult fairy tale centered on food, animals, healing, found family, and a slow-developing romance.
