Description
The Noble Lady Who Ran from Her Engagement… and the Knight Who Ran After Her! The noble lady Chloé, daughter of Marquis Mertigal, was engaged to Second Prince Kiref of the Adarani Kingdom—a mere political fiancée, nothing more. But when she discovered his betrayal, the shock was so great that she regained memories of her past life as a Japanese office worker named Misa Tachibana! “Since I’ve been reborn… why not enjoy this life however I want?” Chloé decides to break off the engagement herself and flees the palace in search of freedom. During her escape, she’s joined by Eric, a former royal guard knight who took the opportunity to resign and follow her. What she didn’t expect was that this quiet, reserved knight would begin to show her a love so overwhelming she couldn’t ignore it…! And so begins an unexpected journey filled with romance and adventure— between a noblewoman enlightened by her past life, and a loyal knight who can no longer hide his feelings. A romantic tale that starts with a broken engagement and turns into a runaway love story on the open road!
