Description
Mikako Takahara, 27, has never had a boyfriend. She enjoys romance through shoujo manga, but deep down, she wants to experience love for herself. When she confides in her handsome coworker Kotani, he offers to become her boyfriend temporarily so she can get used to being in a relationship. Mikako assumes it's simply a practice relationship. What she doesn't know is that Kotani has actually been madly in love with her for over three years. While Mikako thinks she's learning how to date, Kotani is secretly working toward a completely different goal: making absolutely sure that she falls in love with him. He's patient, attentive, extremely devoted—and his love for Mikako is much, much heavier than she realizes. The story follows their transition from an apparently one-sided relationship into mutual love, with plenty of romantic comedy, workplace interactions, misunderstandings, and Kotani's increasingly obvious determination to make Mikako his for good.
