Description
Kotoha Hishiro, an office worker, has returned to her hometown of Hoshizaki-cho for the first time in over a decade. With only hazy memories of her childhood, she is nearly involved in a traffic accident but is saved by a man calling himself Akizuki Shu, a web writer. Kotoha invites her savior out for a meal to thank him, and during their conversation, she hears a local legend about "Kuchina-sama"—a supernatural entity that extracts human bones...
"Come to think of it, I'm missing the bone in this finger, too."
At those words, Akizuki’s once-gentle eyes darken into a cold, deep abyss. "I finally found you. ...I won't let you get away again."
Akizuki is, in fact, Kuchina-sama—an entity that has taken on human form.
"You're a cruel human. We promised to get married, after all."
Before she can even question him, his hands begin to trace her body forcefully. Though he whispers in a sweet, seductive voice, Kotoha—who has no recollection of any such promise—struggles desperately to resist.
But Akizuki, his irritation showing, speaks in a low, dark tone:
"God, I really am an idiot... falling for a human like you." "I'll torment you until you remember."
Drawn into an inescapable bond with a god, both her body and soul begin to sink...
